Hmmm! I use Ccleaner as well and have never had an issue! Works just fine. I am using Norton Internet Security 2008 and absolutely love it!

Long overdue, but more on that CCapp.exe problem here - apparently, Symantec has fixed it, although I still get it regularly on shutdown:

I thought I only that the cCapp.exe and SVChost.exe problem each time I shut down my computer.
I think this will be the last time I ever use any form of Symantec antivirus software/packages.
