Bruce Knox just wanted to check his balance but Telecom offered something a little different.

"Searching Telecom to find out how to check my prepay mobile account balance gave me the screen below. Sure, I misspelled ‘check’ but suggesting that I might want to search how to ‘hack balance’ does not seem to be in the company’s best interest. I do have to admit, though, that despite my misspelling the results gave me exactly what I wanted."
