IE users: dumb and dumber?
It's official: IE
users are dumb as a bag of hammers, according to UK news site The Register.
According to the study:

Well, patience is a virtue.
But anyway, since you now probably perfectly know it was a fake news, it would be fair to apologize (your readers, and MSIE users) and update your post.
